Timothy Stracken, the former Warden, used to be one of the juveniles himself. He'd been to Applegate and he knew how tough it was. So he left them to do what they wanted. He had his favourites: Chrystal Fellows, Jerri Wylde and Rebecky Jarvis. Four years on Timothy Stracken was sacked after Rebecky Jarvis committed suicide and authorities carried out an investigation and decided that Timothy was not the right man for the job. Once Timothy left, David Cooper then took over. He was a strict man who knew what he was doing and he is still in control today. However Chrystal Fellows and Jerri Wylde both had children who have ended up in Applegate so Cooper could have met his match. The two teenagers are determined to follow in their mothers footsteps and make a name for themselves. They have come to power in the Ruling Outcasts, a clique that no matter who you are you want to be in this clique. You have to be invited to be in.	This is not meant to be factual. Applegate does not exist. This is purely for fun. Juvenile Prison is not a joke and it is not fun or easy. Do not get the wrong idea from this RPG.
